This young man was so kind and courteous he took the job on even though it was a Friday teatime and the traffic would have been sick. He was great chatty and put me at ease instantly got the job done fast and took the cardboard from my new fridge freezer away as well. I had a great experience with Karl, He came all the way from Reading to Salisbury to help clear out the waste in my garage… really went the extra mile! He was quick, efficient, and very hands-on throughout the whole job. Everything was done neatly and without any hassle. Couldn’t recommend him enough, a genuinely great guy who takes pride in his work.

I was just trying to get a quote then Kolt came in 15 mins to check the item. He was very nice and polite and we agreed right away for th price. Was contacted quickly which was helpful. They also came the same day. Despite being on the second floor, with lift, they took away the two large heavy armchairs very carefully and efficiently. The cost was fair. Only hiccup being difficult communication online when trying to send full details as kept being sent to the CheckaTrade web page instead of more directly to Kolts.

I was desperate for rubbish removal at the end of my tenancy and Terry responded quickly to my request. Asked for pictures and gave me reasonable quote straight away. They were also able to collect the rubbish first thing the following morning. Arrived early and picked up everything. Very efficient, kind and friendly. Even told me to stay positive as I was stressing out too much ;). Would recommend them definitely.

This is the second time I have use Kolts Removals. As previously they were courteous, professional and excellent in keeping in contact with me. The quote they gave me was very fair. They removed the unwanted furniture, charity organisations didn't want these items, and left the property in a tidy manner. Quick response to my enquiry, quick quote and next day appointment. He was very efficient, professional and courteous. He took the bulky old TV from an upstairs bedroom and was very conscious of not damaging any walls, carpet, furniture or front door. An excellent job well done and something I had been meaning to get sorted for a long time! I would definitely recommend this company and hope to use them again in the future once I get some more unwanted things sorted out!

Carlton was on time, very courteous and did an excellent job. He dismantled the shed quickly, loaded it, and also took a few other bits and bobs I needed to get rid, which was very convenient. No hassle, no stress. The price point was also very competitive, and he didn’t try to haggle or charge more for anything else, he was happy to help, which is a great trait! Overall, I’d highly recommend Kolts Removals for any disposal or removals and moving. They have shown themselves to be excellent in their trade, with fair pricing and great customer service.
