Two Bed Bungalow in Basingstoke
Kolt and his team, are fantastic. They arrived on time, looked smart and professional and ready to complete the works of clearing and recycling, my belated husband's Storage and Vans contents.
They did this, quickly, efficiently and made it look almost effortlessly, but without their help, I would have struggled and most likely would still be there now!
In bereavement, you need Kolt to help you manage the process. I will recommend him, and will definitely use his service's in the future.
Thank you for everything Kolt, Daniel, Elliot.

Pricing information
How are jobs priced?
Usually, it depends on how much there is to remove and how complex the job is. Every property is different - so there’ll be different challenges that we will have to work around.
How we ensure fair pricing
We want to give you the fairest price possible, so we'll come to your property and assess the work involved in person. It's also a chance to meet the team, see how we work, and ask anything that's on your mind.
Not ready to make a decision?
That's okay — there's no pressure. Trusting anyone with your loved one's possessions is a big deal, and we completely understand that. You're welcome to call us or ask any questions at all. Nothing is too much trouble.

I love it when a company is easy to talk to, the booking process is simple, they actually communicate AND they do a sterling job! The guys cleared some garden waste for me and left everything tidied up. I couldn't be happier! Will be recommending to friends and family!

Serving Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire
Probate clearances often come with deadlines — whether that's a property sale going through, a solicitor's timeline, or an executor needing to finalise an estate. Because we're based in Reading and work exclusively across Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire, we can usually start within a day or two and work around the timescales you're dealing with. If you're unsure how long the job will take, just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.
Frequently asked questions
How soon can you start?
We can start in as little as 1 to 2 days. Because we only work locally, we're never far away.
How long does a job take you?
A full house clearance (semi detached, 5 bedroom) will typically take 1 to 2 days. When we price up a job, we'll also work out how many team members are needed to get it done efficiently — so you're not left waiting around.
I have a large property. Can you clear that out?
Absolutely. We can clear properties of 3 to 5 bedrooms and above. Get in touch and we'll talk through what's involved.
Will you leave a mess?
Not a chance. We leave the property clean and presentable — whether it needs to be ready for a valuation, a viewing, or simply handed back to a landlord or estate agent. See how we left properties after recent clearances in our gallery.
What do you do with the items you've removed?
We're aware that some items may be important to family members, so if there's anything you'd like us to set aside before we start, just let us know.
Everything else is handled responsibly. Furniture and white goods in good condition are resold or donated where we can.
If donation is important to you, just let us know and we'll prioritise that. Whatever can't be rehomed is recycled or disposed of properly — we're licensed waste carriers and nothing is fly-tipped.
